1. What we collect

• Contact details — your name, email, phone, and province, when you book a call or message us.
• Payment records — handled by Stripe (our payment provider). We never store full card numbers.
• Apprenticeship account info — what you need to log in and do the work.
• Visit counts — via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

We do not run advertising trackers. Our analytics set no cookies and collect no personal data.

2. Why we collect it

• To run your apprenticeship and review your work.
• To take your one-time payment for a track.
• To answer your questions and book your calls.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

3. Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run Yarova:

• Stripe — to process your payment.
• Cal.com — to book your call.
• Our hosting and email providers.

They may only use your data to provide their service to us. No one else gets it.

4. Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask us to show you your data, fix it, or delete it.

Email privacy@yarova.ca and we will respond within 30 days.

5. How we protect it

We use standard safeguards to keep your data secure. We keep it only as long as we need it to run Yarova or meet a legal duty, then we delete it.
